Large blue and black glass bowl inspired by the "Zentangle" drawing technique made of 100% quality art glass in my home studio. Each little piece of black and opalescent white glass was individually cut, kiln formed and then placed onto the base of Egyptian blue glass. Everything was fired again to create a cohesive bowl, leaving the texture of the design elements intact. The whole piece was fired again to shape it into a bowl and enhance the fine details of the design.

As a large decorative piece it makes a statement. It was chosen for a juried show in a regional art exhibit with many other pieces of fine art.
