We will be happy to talk to you about the item. We also do custom orders so if you have a special idea you would like to talk about please email us and we will see what we can do for you. Thank You So Much.

1:ORDERS

At this time we are only accepting paypal as payment in order to assure the highest security of your private credit card information. All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 days, unless it is a custom order. 

 

Custom orders may take 2-4 weeks to make, depending on the item. Please allow additional time for standard shipping.

2:SHIPPING

Shipping will be via USPS Ground with insurance included in shipping quote. 

 

Due to the fragile nature of the glass, each item will be packed with care in bubble wrap. In order for us to assure your product arrives to you safely, shipping costs will depend on the size of the box and the amount of packaging needed to ensure product safety. Unfortunately shipping prices have been increasing and we appologize for the cost.

3:RETURNS

4:ADDITIONAL POLICIES

We are sure you will be satisfied with the quality of our art but if you wish to return the item a return shipment must be made within 7 days of your receipt of the item. The item must be received by us in new condition. Initial shipping cost will not be refunded. Cost of item will be refunded upon our receipt of the item in new condition via the same method you used to make payment.

Whilst every effort has been made to provide accurate information/photographs of products, customers should be aware that due to the nature of glass there may be slight color variation from photo to physical product.
